Tools for Marketing
ThriveCart – This is the ONLY shopping cart I’ve found that easy to use at a great price. It’s initial investment is not small but it’s a one-time only payment. You can learn more about ThriveCart on my blog post here.
Kit – Great email software with a high deliverability rate. I love that it’s so easy to use and just works! I’ve tried a lot of email software programs and this is the one I’ve settled on.
ConvertBox – One of my favorite things about this tool is that it SO SMOOTHLY integrates into my website. I use it for opt-in forms, pop-ups, hello-bars and more. It’s super easy to use and you can use videos and images in the boxes you create. Also – it integrates with Kit so you can customize to your customers and subscribers! See my blog post on this here.
Keysearch – I love this keyword tool and use it all the time. Whether you are trying seriously to rank on Google or just want to get a really good idea of what people are looking for – this tool rocks!
PayPal – I feel like I don’t really need to mention this but I do still use PayPal to accept payments and also I pay my affiliates through here.
Stripe – Not everyone loves PayPal so many years ago I also started using Stripe. I also like it as a backup in case PayPal ever does anything sus.
Tools for Websites
Kadence – This is a great theme and supposed to be one of the fastest. Fast websites and hosting help you rank better in Google, and we want that.
WPX – A highly successful blogger I trust recommended this hosting because it’s fast, too. On top of that their support is amazing and instant and their software is VERY easy to use.
Tools for Customer Support / Delivery
Heartbeat – What a pleasure it is to have an active community without actively getting distracted! That’s why I moved off Facebook and into Heartbeat with my customer community, my course groups, my group coaching group AND my coaching client private groups! It’s ideal and awesome and I love it. You might, too.
Google Docs, Forms & Sheets – All the Google things. I use Google Drive to store documents for download. I also use Google Photos for my personal photos I might use on my blog, social or emails, etc.
Zoom – Of course we all know Zoom. I use it to host my Coaching Club meetings and to record my courses that I think upload to Loom for storage.
Loom – I like Loom to host my courses videos because people can add little comments and also little emojis. This give me valuable course feedback as people go through the programs.
Canva – Using Canva of course for all my graphics and presentation needs.
Tools for Social Media:
MissingLettr – Instead of lasting a brief moment in time my content has a long life thanks to this automated program. It takes a blog post and turns it into year-long social media posts so that people see my posts even after I’ve long forgot I wrote them!
CinchShare – I love this tool for batch scheduling social media posts. Personally I think it’s better to post from the app but if it means I don’t post or use this tool then I use this tool.
