Often that training totally skips over the fact that we are running a business, running a household, being a main caregiver for our families, keeping the “mental load” of tasks and activities and possibly even managing all the family and business finances!
PHEW. Are we superwomen? Or overwhelmed? Or in need of help?

Hello! If we haven’t met yet I’m Angela Wills, the owner and founder of Living Lifestyle Freedom.
I’m a mom of two who’s been earning a full-time living online since 2007. I created my first site in 1999, earned my first sale online in 2002. I’ve sold over 1 million dollars through email marketing. I LOVE to teach others what I know! I LOVE to help women gain total lifestyle freedom.
Too often people sacrifice their personal lives to build a business. I decided from the start my business exists to support my LIFE. I refused to let it take over my life, that just wasn’t what it was for!
So I started building a Lifestyle Freedom business.
That is what I know. That is what I do. Since 2007 I have been full time Living Lifestyle Freedom.

What is Lifestyle Business Coaching
& Why Invest in it?
I see a lot of confusion out in the wilds of the internet about coaching.
And there is a lot of variety on what coaching might mean and how it is delivered.
In my opinion a business coach is someone who has walked the walk. They’ve really done the thing and it’s not surface level. For example I literally started my first website for FUN in 1999. I sold my first physical product online in 2002, my first services offer online in 2006 and my first digital product online sometime around the beginning of 2007.
I know online business. I’ve earned over $1 Million Dollars in sales from my offers almost entirely sold through email marketing. I’ve gotten long-term results while raising two incredible children.
If you’re going to pay thousands of dollars to someone PLEASE be sure they know it and haven’t learned from a coach who learned from a coach who learned from a coach!
What is coaching?
Let me start by saying what I think it’s not and what it’s not to me. Coaching is NOT me telling you what to do. Coaching is NOT me giving you a “framework” to “plug into” so you can copy my business and get my exact results. I will give you steps. I will give you guidance. I will give you advice. But that’s the START – you MUST adapt these things to your specific goals, needs and lifestyle.
YOU are too unique, too special, too different and the only one of you who will ever exist. WHY would I try to help you be like me? It makes no sense.
As a coach it’s my job to support you, encourage you, patiently guide you and share with you ALLL the things I’ve learned along my unique journey. YES I do have frameworks but I won’t invite you to do exactly as I do… I will invite you to model what makes sense to YOU and leave the rest. To question things and never just take my word… figure things out, do, act, explore and gather data so you can decide!
That’s what coaching is to me.
How Coaching With Me Works
My coaching is what I call “Coaching without Calls”.
If you are sure you need a coach who will hop on a webinar with you then this isn’t the coaching for you.
My coaching is done via a project management program that sends messages to your email. You can reply via email or via the project management.
It looks like this:
I also will send you Loom videos and ask you to do the same. This keeps the connection “real” and personal while allowing us both to create total Lifestyle Freedom (aka – not tied to any phone calls scheduled).
As a new coaching client you’ll complete a coaching client intake form and then I will do a business assessment of where you are and where I think you should focus. I’ll create a 30-Day email marketing plan for you – which will include what to email and what to do to build your list (based on the interests you provide me).
In summary here is what you get:
- Messaging Access to Angela with unlimited coaching Monday to Friday. I respond as quickly as I can which is often within the hour and sometimes a few hours to a day.
- Quarterly Coaching Program focused on improving every area of your business and based on my Lifestyle Freedom Business training. Re-Starts every quarter and we just repeat and keep your business growing!
- Video support through a screenshare program called Loom.
- Weekly Client Check-in Forms to track progress with personalized reply from Angela every week.
- Initial Coaching Client Questionnaire so I understand your business and where you are now in detail. Many clients have said how helpful just filling this in and reflecting on it is for their business!

My Core Values

My values are what drive me in my business, not money. I have the money results. I have the time and time again proof that I can earn online, even starting from $0, even starting over in a pandemic or a recession (as I’ve just done both). I have earned over one million dollars selling mainly online courses and classes through email marketing. While I can and do earn money my top values are as follows:
- Family, Friends & Community – People are extremely important to me and I love humans of all kinds. I’m driven by a need to connect with and do what I can do to be there for other humans.
- Freedom – I value my right to do what I want with my life. To make it be the best I can based on my own choices and decisions alone. To spend my precious time in a way that I want to spend it (mostly with the people I love and finding new people to connect with).
- Honesty, Ethics, Compassion – I sell stuff and it’s a tricky slope sometimes to keep on the right side of being completely compassionate to others but it’s my mission always. I don’t believe in lying.
- Ambition, Growth Mindset, Self Improvement – I aim to continually grow into a new version of me. I was telling a friend that I can’t imagine not wanting to be more and do more! I’m just driven to keep discovering what I’m capable of.
This isn’t me saying the right words to get a client. This is me, as a leader, stepping up in a bigger way to show you who I am and what I stand for.

Pricing for Coaching
When you pay for coaching you are not paying for just the time it takes that coach to coach you. You’re also paying for the years of experience and results that coach has. As a business owner since 2002 I have more experience than many. As someone who’s earned over $1.1 million dollars via email marketing I have results.
I could charge a LOT more than I do for coaching. My clients have said this, too, many times.
But my rate is $3750 for a full year (plus) of coaching. The plus depends on when you sign up. As I only open up coaching once a year to only five people at a time. I open my coaching in August and close it on September 30th or when five people have signed up. The sooner you sign up the more coaching you receive (up to 15 and a half months). Your coaching ends on December 31st of 2025.
I don’t believe in gatekeeping that information behind a Discovery Call. I don’t do calls. So it’s all here for you. To not feel pressured with. To decide on YOUR time. To choose if it’s right for you.
When you sign up for coaching you get daily (Monday to Friday) access to me without limits (as long as you are reasonable and don’t want me to answer you 24 hours a day haha).
You will get the support you need from myself, an experienced online marketer and seller since 2002. I’m a mom first and I know what it’s like to prioritize your life – in fact I recommend it!
